Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be a human to use the service. Bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
• Your account may only be used by a single person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
• A single person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
• You may not use the service for any illegal purposes.

Public Flashcard Decks

• You may choose to make your flashcard decks public.
• Public decks can be freely used and copied by other users of the platform.
• If you close your account while you have public decks, those decks will be transferred to a platform-owned account so they remain available to the community, unless you delete them or make them private before closing your account.

User Content

• You are responsible for all content you add to the service.
• You must not add content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights, including copyright.
• Content must be related to language learning. Advertisements, spam, or unrelated material are not permitted.

Pricing Changes

• Service pricing may change with at least 7 days’ notice.
• Notice may be provided by posting updates on the official website or via email.

Downgrading

• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of content, features, or capacity.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from downgrading.

Cancellation

• You are responsible for properly canceling your account.
• Cancellation must be completed through the Account page.
• Cancellation requests by phone, email, or other methods will not be accepted.

Service Modifications

• The service may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, including third-party integrations.

Payments and Refunds

• The service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, upgrades, downgrades, or unused time on an active account.
• No exceptions will be made to ensure equal treatment of all users.

Copyright and Content Ownership

• We may use content you add to the service for any purpose and through any distribution channel.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any content available through the service.

General Conditions

• Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Third-party vendors and hosting partners are used to provide infrastructure and related technology.
• You must not modify, adapt, or hack the service, or falsely imply association with it.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service without written permission.
• Abuse or harassment of any customer or staff member may result in immediate account termination.
• Technical processing and transmission of your content may occur unencrypted and may adapt to network or device requirements.
• Accounts with unusually high usage may be temporarily disabled to protect service performance. We will normally contact you before taking action, except in urgent cases.
• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
