Learning And Reading Content

  • DuoNinja may store learning data connected to your account, including courses, decks, cards, vocabulary, review history, streaks, reading progress, language settings, and subscription/account state.
  • If you import, paste, or upload reading content, we store and process that content as needed to provide reading, vocabulary, translation, and learning features.
  • You should not upload or save sensitive personal information in DuoNinja.

AI And Language Features

  • Some language, translation, vocabulary, reading, speech, or content-assistance features may use third-party service providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide the relevant feature.

Payments And Service Providers

  • Payments, authentication, analytics, hosting, storage, email, AI, speech, and diagnostics may rely on third-party service providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

Browser Extension

  • If you use the DuoNinja browser extension, it does not collect or store information about the websites you visit.
  • We do not save text or translations from websites unless you explicitly take an action, such as saving a translation.
  • The extension is disabled in incognito/private browsing mode.

User Rights

  • You can delete your account in the app from Account → Delete account.
  • Deleting your account deletes your private account data, learning data, and private content, subject to any legally required retention and limited exceptions for public/community content that has been shared with other users.
  • You may contact us to request deletion or ask what information we hold.
